Service Details:

The pickup service will be on a weekly schedule. Depending on where you live, your trash/recycle pick up date will be determined and remain on that schedule until further notice. Pick up is one day a week for each location. Trash and recycling pickup is limited to two (2) plastic bags of trash/recycling which must be closed securely and not leaking or torn. Each trash/recycle bag shall not weigh more than 25 lbs. Trash bags and recyclables shall be placed in front of each resident's front entry door or garage door (must be specified with order) by 8:00 a.m. on the day of pickup. Trash/recyclables shall be picked up by Back 40 collectors on the same day in which the trash/recyclable is set out. Non apartment residents are limited to recycling services only.

  • Glass must be separated from the rest of recycling and should be placed in cardboard box or bag
